Snow!

It snowed! Click to enlarge.

The snow reminds me of this stanza from In the Bleak Midwinter by Christina Rossetti:

In the bleak midwinter, frosty wind made moan,
Earth stood hard as iron, water like a stone;
Snow had fallen, snow on snow, snow on snow,
In the bleak midwinter, long ago.

Bleak indeed. No bugs or worms to eat, only dry berries.
