Snow!

It snowed! Click to enlarge.

The snow reminds me of this stanza from In the Bleak Midwinter by Christina Rossetti

In the bleak midwinter, frosty wind made moan,
Earth stood hard as iron, water like a stone;
Snow had fallen, snow on snow, snow on snow,
In the bleak midwinter, long ago.

Bleak indeed. No bugs or worms to eat, only dry berries.
